• All consultation or appointment fees paid online or offline are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
• In case of unavoidable circumstances (e.g., doctor’s unavailability, emergency rescheduling), we will offer a rescheduled appointment at the next available slot.
• If a patient is unable to attend the scheduled appointment, they may reschedule once by notifying us at least 24 hours before the appointment time.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• The consultation could not be provided due to technical or administrative errors on our end.
• The payment was deducted multiple times for the same service due to a system glitch.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 working days of the original payment date.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Health Products or Reports (if applicable)

• Physical or digital health-related reports or documents once delivered are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

• No refund will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
